3. Real-Time Order Tracking
Every order shipped by BECKIX comes with an official Tracking Number. Once your order has been dispatched, you can track your package in real-time via the link provided in your shipping confirmation email or on our website's Track Order page.

4. Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. BECKIX is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the buyer will be responsible for the re-shipping costs.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with household members or neighbors first. If the package cannot be located, contact us at support@beckix.com, and we will immediately open an investigation with the courier service to resolve the issue for you.
